Street Dailies: Portraits of the Hasidic Community
Since 2012, I have been making "Street Dailies," candid iPhone images that I post on Instagram on a daily basis. A massive, continually growing series, the images submitted here are a sub-series of "Street Dailies" that portray the Hasidic community near the border of South Williamsburg and Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Although I’m inspired to photograph in many different settings, I am particularly drawn to the colorful and joyful display of life and family ties that this community reveals through various visual clues.
