The way I see it

I remember talking about documentary photographing with my dad, and how I desired to take amazing documentary photos, and my dad answered to me, "just take photos". Since then I haven't stopped. I wouldn't describe my photo's as documentary, but I see that I work in a similar way, by just taking the photos. I get my motives and themes by just working the idea in my head (usually seeing it in my head) or working totally in the blue, it varies. But nonetheless I'm taking them, and that's what counts.
