Viva Amazonia

As an artist, and a photographer, I chose to use this medium in order to capture moments that evoke a very strong emotion upon my audience. This series, "Viva Amazonia", was taken in January 2017, and was a first had experience in working with journalistic photography, in order to capture the everyday lives of the citizens of the Itaquera Community. A wonderful experience provided by Katterre, allows city students to escape the city, and learn how to live in the jungle, and while doing so, I chose to photograph every step of the way.
