Lost in Translation, 2017

The work Lost in Translation is a series of portraits that deals with the struggle and failure of communication looking from a perspective of an outsider and foreign speaker. Constant barrier around the language puts him in a culturally alienated and fractured world, where he feels vulnerable and isolated. He explores an interdisciplinary approach that both clarifies and complicates notions of communication, identity and personal narrative.
