Series "Painted Towns: Inhabitants"

I have been working in a handful of small trading towns located in the Shekhawati Province of India, with the intention of documenting lifestyles and landscapes on the verge of disappearance. This selection of images portrays some of the inhabitants of these towns. They build toward a larger portrait of small town life.
