Portraits in the streests of NYC

This is the result of doing street photography and portrait in the streets of NYC. This encounters are very brief, I stop them at the street or the subway and I ask for a portrait, normally I get their info and I send the photos when the film is developed and processed by me. This portraits look for find a gesture in people I find interesting, wether becouse their physical traits of the situation they are involved. when I raise my camera they begin to give me a very direct and open posture or gesture. That is what i most like and look in these portraits, a reflection of a human gesture, nature and their situations.
