San Antonio Faces of Art

These ten images are a part of a series of 270 portraits, done over a 2 1/2 year period, of San Antonio's visual artists. The series was exhibited from June till December of 2016 at the Department of Culture and Creative Development in San Antonio, Texas. I invited the artists to come to my studio, I asked them to close their eyes and contemplate their work, once they opened their eyes I took the photo, one shot only.
