Tokyo is a city of co-exsiting extremes. The city is home to many overworked salarymen, housewives, trendy youths and pressured students to name a few of the inhabitants.
The extremes of this city can be seen in bright, popular areas such as Shinjuku and Shibuya but this city also has a subtle side to it. Move away from the bright lights of the afore mentioned areas and you encounter very few people which leaves you wondering where does everyone go?
Here are some collected observations from my time in Tokyo, a city I love and sometimes hate, but it's a city which constantly amazes me.
