Cognition Error

Let's question the obvious - photograph without the author, the crowd without the background, passers-by from another reality. In October 2011 I was photographing the 5th Avenue in Manhattan. During the work on the editing of the pictures I discovered some frames, where the individuals in the crowd were consciously looking into the camera. I selected them. They become the photographers by choosing the moment and looking at me. It's their decision, that made the portraits. After careful analysis of all the photograph I chosen those ones, where the pedestrians were frozen in interesting, almost impossible poses. Is this a proof that the coincidence in photography is more interesting than the original idea of the photographer?
