CLOUDS

Photography is defined as the art application and practice of creating durable images by recording light. With the introduction of digital imaging software, modification of original photos leads to a possible new genre in the photographic production of fine art. In my serious of clouds each Image is dependent on the visual acuity of the original photograph of clouds and sky at sunset, I do away with realism and turn toward abstract dimensions of color and color relationships, but instead of paint, I try to capture ripples, colors, and reflections in liquid light. I try to create images that appeal to the viewer's imagination promoting the feeling of uncertainty, by removing the viewer from commonly understood vantage points.
