People tend to associate with others who are similar to them, sharing similar interests. And a group of people has certain characters. I thought people were becoming more and more individualistic but then it seems people need some sense of belonging after all. People make groups having same opinions or same taste on things. The online communities we have are like little bubbles we choose to trapped in. We only read and watch and hear things we agree on. The social media offer us things they think we might like. It is funny how much we feel safe and secure when we are surrounded by the same kinds.
Each crowd I shot has different visual impact due to the shapes and materials and functions of object that belongs to the crowds. But what interests me most is different energy coming out from each crowd. And the energy produced by a crowd is not just the sum of the energy that produced by its members. There is something more to it.
