Jugglers to Rebibbia (2016)

I try to represent the contrasts that flow through our society with the visual media of photography. To narrate such a singular event is to go with the flow. The present work is made up of almost one hundred picture circa; picture were shot on a three day convention about contemporary circus held in Rome. On the last day, partecipants were invited to join in a parade culminating outside the walls of the woman's jail of Rebibbia, in the eastern periphery of Rome.
