Paraty Folks

A serie of pictures i made in Paraty, a XVI century colonial village on the south coast of the Rio de Janeiro state, Brasil. I often travel to this village and i started to take pictures of people living there: locals, fishermen, street artists, craftsmen, travelers. Then i organized the work in dyptics creating a connection with a picture of Paraty's landscape i though could reflect each character.
