I was driving/waiting one night with some towtruck drivers in Cape Town, South Africa. Its a strange community, fierce to other neighborhoods, but close within their territory the are called the vultures. With heavily tuned and beefed-up cars, the race with and against each other to be first on the site to get the Job.
