HOLI ..The Colorful Celebration

All these photos clicked during holi festival celebration at NandGaon, Uttar Pradesh, India Nandgaon where Lord Krishna spent his childhood. On Holi, men folk of Barsana come here in a grand procession carrying the flag of Larily Lal Temple of Barsana. The objective is to win over the temple of Shriji whereas the men of Nandgaon try to take flag from them.Men drench them in colored water. They use kesudo/palash to soak them. This is indeed a very enjoyable sight & pure expression of joy.
