Growing Dimmer

Dementia almost draws the colour and life out of an individual and slowly transforms them in front of their loved ones eyes. The illness can be difficult to witness, as the person that was once so full of life is now an empty shell, with slight glimmers of who they used to be. As my Grandmothers dementia progresses she begins to be able to do less and less of the activities that she once so loved to take part in.
