Ikea, China.

This work was made during my stay in China during the year 2011 and 2012. The ikea photos are part of my project about China. I have been taking photos about the new changes in consumerism Chinese society is facing with the adoptión of a capitalist market. They have such a great offer they have not imagine before, particularly on big cities. Many of then can not afford this consummer goods. So the furniture on show at Ikea is part of the dreams of many families that can not afford it. When they are at the shop they make themselves at home.
