SUN’s TIME – BANDIERE A MEZZ’ASTA is a report made at the Military Barracks De Gasperi, the biggest logistical military outposts in the north east of Italy. The project involving the total demolition of the area to make the biggest photovoltaic center of Europe. The project has moved great controversal debates. The photographic documentary follows all the phases of the process from demolition to construction. Where once stood a disused barracks and in an advanced stage of degradation, today it is leading photovoltaic park. The disused lets space to ecology and development for the production of clean energy for many people.
