Land of an Unknown Order

This series reimagines the American road trip as an exploration into an unknown and alien landscape; one that is equally influenced by Andrew Wyeth’s vision of America, and the surreal, post-apocalyptic landscapes of JG Ballard’s literary works. These are worlds that exist in the in-between, on thresholds and borders. In these photographs, the intangible is given form and the ethereal made visible.
