Through the power of imagination a person has both the ability and the tendency to rise above his immediate circumstances, to imagine a world radically different. There is in fact no precise limit to the way you can imagine the world to be, and this is what happens when one playfully creates. Playfully capturing images gives me the ability to defy the confinement of what a good photograph may be considered to a professional photographer, so I play, and intently watch that which may be mundane, and every now and then something sees me, and I see It, and when we see each other in a captured moment of light, and dark, I meet myself as a seer, and I meet It as a muse, and together we rise above circumstances, and imagine a world radically different than the mundane.
