A passionate crime, a film the the girl is seen floating in the water. A family discussion during lunch, the daily chores, which are never appreciated or recognized. This are the scenes that inspire my work.
I like to explore what goes on behind closed doors, the house where “the perfect family” lives. What’s left unsaid, what the world never sees. I like to throw open those same doors and find the stories of real women like so many others, myself included.
I make use of feminine symbols like a dress, flowers, shoes, a bedsheet, a tube of lipstick, all inspire my creativity in a truly poetic form, and that is my personal view of the world that surrounds me.
