As I walk away

I have never done anything like this before. I challenged myself to utilize natural light only. I also challenged myself because this is a self portrait series. I never really looked at "me". I use my eyes to see the world and everyone else around me. It was an enlightening experience to do this series and to see how others may view me. Especially him, the one I gave everything to for over six years with no "I love you" back. In the end, I had to force myself to walk away, even though I still love him.
