Eleven People in Downtown Austin.

A few years ago I spent quite a bit of time wandering around downtown Austin watching the light and looking for subjects to photograph. When I could I'd put the two together and cross my fingers. All the subjects in this series were strangers to me before the portrait was made and all agreed to pause for a moment and spontaneously collaborate on a photo of themselves, just as they were, that day on the street.
