Individual portraits taken between December 2017 and February 2018

I believe that a portrait succeeds if it captures the essence of the moment and the viewer experiences some form of response to the subject on a visceral level, far beyond words. Although they will be judged individually, these photos are united by the natural light and surroundings in which they've been taken. The more I look, the more I observe the extraordinary nature of ordinary moments.
