Untimely Carnaval

As Brazil suffers the worst recession in the country's recent history and Rio de Janeiro's samba schools go through major city budget cuts, this year's Carnaval parade became an act of resistance and despite major hardships thousands maintain the tradition and parade down the Sambadrome one more time.
