Architexture

This series comprising photographs made across South and North America, Australia and Europe tends to demonstrate that well thought out architecture can be self-sufficient. Antique, post-modernist or organically fluid as required by contemporary trends; pristine, derelict or even under refurbishment, architects' visions can have a meaningful existence without their creators or users being in the frame; buildings worthy of the name have enough of personality to make people completely redundant.
