Bus stop in the middle of nowhere

Silvaplana Kreisel Mitte is the name of an infamous bus stop in the alpine region of the Upper Engadine, near St. Moritz, Switzerland. It translates formally to "Silvaplana Roundabout Center", emotionally and in syllables it equals "dropped in the middle of nowhere". In these long winter months, we happened to be dropped there morning by morning, on the way to our work place. In any kind of (mostly unkind) weather, we had to change the bus that is going to St. Moritz (quickly) to another bus that is going to St. Moritz (slowly). The bus change lasted only 3 to 4 minutes, but it slowed down our journey and gave us a few moments of seeing and contemplation (about the clash of nature and civilization).
