Tale of Two Cities - Darkness and Light (Degree Major Project)

Inspired by the Charles Dicken's novel of the same name, "Tale of Two Cities", documents and explores life in the two cities London and Paris as the United Kingdom prepares to leave the European union. ‘Brexit' as was voted for in a referendum in June 2016, which divided a nation. The aim of this travel documenary is to show the culture and cities, behind the countless images of famous landmarks. And to inspire the next traveller to experience the ’real city’, by both night and day ('darkness & light'). Culturally we maybe different, each city has its own experience to offer. The adventerous traveller must get off the main streets and explore, to see the real city.
