Capturing the everyday life in modern Guangzhou, China, it is a long term project of mine that I decided to pursue to capture the changes that have occurred and are occurring in my amazing hometown, and its issues relating to gentrification, cultural assimilation, development, and economic growth, etc. It is also a glimpse into what remains of a "traditional" lifestyle in the older part of Canton (as it used to be known for)
