GARAGEDOC - Another Russia

In most countries we park our cars next to our hous or along the street. In Russia there is another way. GARAGEDOC tells about the numerous garage areas, filled with little sheds up to 12.000 pieces. It tells about the past, present and future of the areas that are on the edge of being demolished. It shows the people working and sometimes even living in these cities within cities and about the conflict with the government. The documentary focusses on Russian life by taking a small part of it and magnifying it.
