Afterimages

"Afterimages" is a series based on the imagination of images that stay etched on your retina when you close your eyes after having looked at a bright light. In order to capture and transfer the atmosphere into a photographic image, I had to develop my own technique. In short, when I take the picture I remove the lens and replace it with my hand. I let the light pass through the gaps between my fingers to control how the light exposes the film / sensor.
