Dichotomy of Floridians. Florida is as diverse as states get. Sadly, it is also as corrupt as they come, and politically it is generally finely balanced between blood red and sky blue with relatively little in between. The fact that the Florida Department of Agriculture administers the state's concealed weapon's program tells us a lot about the state's past and its present.
