Unspoiled Nature (excerpt)

"A window to another time, when the view was unspoiled." The focus of the series „Unspoiled Nature“ are monochrome landscape photographs, which, through the overstrain of the analog medium-format film (in the camera) and the elaboration on Alu-Dibond Butlerfinish®, reflect an appearance from bygone days. The intentional choice for infrared photography with a resulting long exposure is underlining the impression even more. „Unspoiled Nature“ was shot with the full plastic camera ´Holga` on 6x6 infrared film. The photographs were taken over the last 7 years while travelling.
