Here, I am working with the geometry of the world around me to create new images that emerge from repetition. This approach has a musicality, as it relies on repetition of form(s) to create closure of the expectation - be that in a major (typically inorganic) or minor (typically organic) form. The ‘mirror tessellated’ plant - for example - creating a sense of expansion or hope; whilst the ‘mirror tessellated’ human construct brings us to a state of completion or mortality.
