I have stayed for quite some time near River Ganges in Varanasi. It has often been known for its spirituality, but its spirituality like a human, is part of the life it lives. The day starts with paying tributes to the almighty irrespective of religion you belong. Life then proceeds to do the daily chore of work, market, play, etc and concludes the evening with the mighty Ganga Aarti. The life that springs here is different from what springs around other rivers. Likewise, it sees tough and easy days, for people on some days earnings become slim and the feelings of delight and drought both can be seen in those who live around. This is an attempt to express what one can find when they sit and look into the gushing waters of Ganga and everything in between.
