Teenaged Kix

A series of behind the filter photographs of a group of teenagers as they grow. Bombarded by the expectations of social to only show their best side and by self imposed demands to conform they rarely see themselves as they are or record the moments that matter in the midst of the angst. As amateur photographer and mum I decided to use my S7 phone and Pentax K30 to record those moments for them and a study was born. The rules of engagement are: captures only, available light, no setups and permission before posting. So far so good!
