Of Light And Emotion

Dance has been photographed in the same manner for ages. The usual focus is the perfection of the technique, the raw skills and power that come from the dancers. My approach is a different one. One that attempts to use the light and bring motion to the emotion without losing the excellence and the perfection that is the result of the work of dancers. I have been working on this series for a few years and have wanted to add something different in the shadows, in the clair obscur and bring something new to the world of dance without losing the poetry and the perfection.
