Privacy is the name of my photo project, as Street Photographer taking images of the people worry me, sometimes people tell me my photography is ilegal because of the PRIVACY. And I do understand
We are living in a time where PRIVACY is only a world, there are cameras in the streets, in the supermarkets, in the banks, in the buses...in every where. We share our life on facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and a lot of Social Nets. but people scare someone with a camera as if he/she had a riffle
This is what United Nations say about privacy
Universal Declaration of Human Rights United Nations 1948 article 12
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
Street photography is an art, the art of finding life in the street, the art of documenting the life you are living now, the art of getting an image which can talk, the art of observing, the art of shooting, the art of smiling and talking when someone asks you what you shot. Street Photography is ART
What UNESCO says about
Diversity of Cultural Expressions, Unesco.
Artistic freedom is the freedom to imagine, create and distribute diverse cultural expressions free of censorship. It includes the right of all citizens to have access to these works and is essential for the wellbeing of societies.
I would like to show my art without being scared for the privacy, I am the first one who know there are some moment I can't take a photo and I don't, but, the art of documenting what you are living in this moment should have freedom, as Unesco says, Artistic freedom is the freedom to imagine, create. This is my project called PRIVACY
