Water is very precious and its value will constantly increase as time passes by. Jean-Michel Cousteau, the famous seafarer’s son, likes to remind everyone that there is only one water cycle, and that Humans are unable to create water molecules. Unfortunately, we never stop polluting rivers, seas and oceans, and many countries are fighting for water rich territories. Most tensions and water wars are found on transboundary rivers. This long-term project features seven rivers and started in 2012 with a focus on the Nile. Subjects are currently being exhibited, published by the international press and once the series is completed a book will be released.
