Colorful dreams

I came up with the idea of taking this series of photographs while working on a cycle of my new paintings, in which I aim to visualize in an artistic way the impact of technology development on changes in people’s everyday lives and in their perception of reality. The material I have used to create new art works are industrially manufactured consumables which obtain new meaning and value through my interference in their structure, taking them out of the context and changing their function. The elements I used in the photographs are part of these materials processed for creative purposes. The photo session itself was a form of happening, during which, by using selected elements, their color, light, and body of the model, I performed actions, inspired by the dream theme, documented by me as the photo series entitled "Colorful Dreams". The series consists of two dreams: white and red which together perfectly combine into a coherent whole.
