Marawi City, 10 Months After Conflict

This is a photo story of Marawi city that is an Islamic city in Mindanao island, the Philippines. The fighting between extremist groups and the Filipino military forces happened on May 2017. After the conflict finished on Oct 2017, people are returning and recovering their lives. However, many people who are from the most affected area of the fighting are still living as Internally Displaced Person (IDP).
