Burning Man (2009)

Afetr the eartquake in L'Aquila, where I was studying, I won a scholarship at the SNC College in Nevada. After less than one month there, students in the art department where talking about something known as Burning Man. I was trying to understand anything they were talking about and I didn't care much about those two words: until I came across a book with the picture of a an open matchbox as its cover. I thought I had to go there and they were so kind to give me the money for half the price of the ticket, which in the days immediately before the festival is quite expensive. A friend made for me a special mask and a college's employee lend me some clothes... "playa dust doesn't go away".
