the House of Ivy

This abandoned home has a strange, alluring quality about it. The circumstances of how I came across it were a bit odd, it was almost as if my son directed me there.. The place seemed lonely until my son stepped through the doorway. I have been in many other abandoned places that have an overwhelming sadness about them but this one is different.. I think it lived a good life. I wish I could rescue it, bring it back to its former glory, and let a child's laughter fill the halls once again..
