Schatgraven

In 2012 I buried a 1000 euro coins on the beach of Hoek van Holland in the middle of the night. In the morning a 150 people showed up to dig it up for free by hand. Organized treasure hunts we're more common in the Netherlands in the 50's and 60's. A great miss during the financial crisis I thought. So I decided to organize one myself. I took 10 photos of the digging proces that lasted for 35 minutes. Each photo is for sale and comes in a edition of just one which makes me a profit of exactly a thousand euro's for each photo.
