In Dark & stormy I wanted to reflect the story of a strong and independent woman who does not let herself be defeated when everything looks gray. The kind of woman who, in the face of storms, says with a defiant smile 'bring it on'.
Modern warrior. She loves herself for being herself; faces all the obstacles that stand on her way, with a strong step even when the floor is slippery. Sometimes she loses, but what other way there is but to keep on going? I identify with her, I reaffirm myself as a tireless fighter.
I want it to be a contagious energy: defend our ideals, question the aesthetic canons, cure our past to take over the future. Embrace our body, make clear our intentions. Submission is part of the past, a retrograde tradition. Do you know what my favorite part of traditions is? The moment when it is necessary to kick the board and change them, with determined steps that only a woman can take.
She, like me, like you, listens to her body, is aware of her surroundings, generates her own storm but leaves behind the gray tones. Proud to be a woman, move forward with security, recognize its value because it is authentic and different.
And there, in the difference, you discover your best version, wrapped in an explosion of colors.
