I am a photographer, originally from the UK, now based in Union City, NJ.
Photography has taken me from studies at Bournville College of Art in Birmingham, England, to a stint at a commercial studio, international travel, emigration, immigration, commercial assisting, and now my own business (which began life with a focus on childrens lifestyle images, and has now morphed into fine art photography - which feels right).
My work has been published, both in print and digitally, on the websites of Time and Discovery Channel, in American Baby and Baltimore magazines, used as artwork for Gunnar Madsen's CD 'Two Hands', and Noam Laden, WABC's News Director, has even interviewed me on air!
Providing background to myself and my images always feels awkward. I truly love imagery that speaks for itself, with minimum support from the written word, allowing any viewer to exploring their own reaction rather than being led in a particular direction.
