About Sinai Noor

Sinai is a photographer and filmmaker whose work explores the poetic potential of the still image. Using the camera as a tool for observation and interpretation, he develops a visual language shaped by colour, tone and human presence — where social realities meet moments of stillness and quiet beauty.

Rooted in documentary practice, his photography moves between the real and the lyrical, with an emphasis on atmosphere, gesture and the subtle narratives of everyday life. His work reflects an ongoing interest in memory, place and the emotional weight of images.

Alongside his photographic practice, he works across film and text, writing and producing independent and collaborative projects. He has also curated an exhibition at Stanley Picker Gallery.
