Snezhana von Büdingen, born in 1983 in Perm, Russia, lives and works as an independent photographer in Cologne (Germany). Von Büdingen studied communication management with a major in journalism at the University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück. From 2013 to 2016 she completed her photography studies at the Cologne Photoacademy (Germany). She focuses on social issue photography and portraiture.
Her works have been published in such media as „TIME" (USA), "Die Zeit“(Germany), "Der Spiegel“(Germany), „Stern“(Germany), „Photonews“(Germany), „DeMorgen“(Belgium), „deVolkskrant“(Netherland), „Polka“(France), „PhotoWorld“(China).
Von Buedingen work has been exhibited in Leica Gallery, Frankfurt, Germany (2020), National Portrait Gallery London (2019), ICP (Int’l Center of Photography), NY, USA (Juni 2019), ClampArt Gallery, New York, USA (2018), White Box Publika, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (2018), Somerset House, London, UK (2017 and 2018), Leica Gallery, Milan, Italy (2018), among others.
