With his photography, Stefan Scherf today concentrates on his immediate surroundings in both public and private space. His gaze focuses at everyday things and fleeting moments that may seem banal at first glance. But it is precisely in the unspectacular, which easily escapes our attention, that he shows an intense image of our everyday culture with unusual perspectives.
