Kat Puchowska is a Polish-born documentary photographer based between Barcelona and Nottingham. Her work is rooted in quiet observation, often capturing unposed moments of everyday life. With a focus on cultural nuance and the rhythms of ordinary routines, she has travelled to over 40 countries, photographing the human experience in its most unguarded form. Drawing inspiration from travel, community, and the spaces people inhabit, her visual style is candid, natural, and empathetic. Her photography has been exhibited in the UK.
